Contract – South London area.

Role

You will be responsible to lead a team of Leakage Detection Engineers Team on our Thames Water contract.
Your role will be at the heart of day to day operations to deliver our targets, provide exceptional service to our
customers and reduce leakage.

Key Accountabilities

Performance Management – ensuring the team achieve optimal performance in terms of work management
and you will be responsible for developing the team and introducing new skills and health and safety
awareness.

Strategic Planning/Delivery – ensuring appropriate reporting and tracking of programme performance against
milestone plans, delivery outputs and any relevant KPIs

Health & Safety – To ensure that all of your team complies with H&S, HR, NRSWA, Environmental, training
requirements and Quality Assurance procedures

Essential

  • Leakage Detection experience within the Water Sector
  • Experience / training in a similar utility based industry
  • IT skills and computer literate
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal directly with customers in a face to face
    environment * Full UK Driving Licence
