As an estimator for this company you will have the responsibility for pricing and preparing tenders for multi-utility installation projects for major national developers (both domestic and industrial commercial projects).
You will initially shadow a senior estimator whilst learning the estimating process of the company and will be required to work closely with utility engineers, our construction department and the commercial team in the preparation of tenders.
You will be responsible for accurate cost calculations and the preparation of detailed bids in line with client requirements.
You will currently be working as an estimator, trainee/assistant estimator/QS OR have completed a HNC/construction related course or have other relevant experience. You will have the ability to quickly digest information, work within a team and manage multiple tasks and your time effectively. You will also be able to plan around and stick to strict deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of Mathematics & English.
